Goal:
Client H is undergoing a family relocation to Singapore, along with two personal assistants and their families, totalling 14 individuals. They require comprehensive relocation services covering education, recruitment, and relocation and lifestyle support for all three families.
Solution:
We offered a comprehensive package covering all aspects of education, recruitment, and related Relocation and Lifestyle Support. On the education front, we provided professional assistance in securing enrolment at international schools and local preschools. Our recruitment services included sourcing essential personnel for the family. In addition, our ancillary support covered visa applications for all three families, assistance with property and vehicle leasing, healthcare support, as well as furniture sourcing and renovation services.
Outcome:
We successfully secured enrolment at Stamford American International School (SAIS) for both of Client H’s daughters and enrolled one of the assistant’s children at The Perse School. Additionally, we arranged local preschool registrations for the other children, ensuring they met the families’ specific requirements. We also hired a private chef, personal driver, and family teacher, all of whom are proficient in English and Mandarin, to cater to the family’s needs. Visa passes were processed and obtained for all three families, allowing them to live, study, and work in Singapore. Moreover, we facilitated the leasing of residential properties and vehicles, completed healthcare arrangements for all three families, and provided furniture sourcing and renovation support to ensure a seamless relocation and settlement experience.
